Anyway, this is what we enjoyed this afternoon!
(Oven preheat to 350 degrees F, 175 grader C)
Fill a buttered pie plate with frozen Mango and raspberries.
Sprinkle about 3-4 Tbsp raw sugar, 2-3 Tbsp coconut flakes and 1/2 Tbsp starch ( potato or corn) over the fruit and mix it good.
Add 1/2 cup raw sugar ( drygt 1 dl), 1 cup oats ( 2 1/4 dl) 1 cup unbleached flour (2 1/4 dl) in a bowl, blend it together with 1/2 cup melted butter ( ca 125 g) Put your mix over the fruit and bake until golden in the middle of your oven.
Serve warm with vanilla icecream, whipped cream or vanilla sauce. Mmmm...
( I'd not call it so healthy, but tasty...)
